The Faisalabad Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FWCCI) has approved the establishment of a board of management to strengthen institutional oversight and accelerate its ongoing and planned initiatives for women's empowerment, business development and export promotion. FPCCI Vice President Qurrat-ul-Ain, speaking as chief guest at the FWCCI Annual General Meeting, said the proposed board would provide an institutional mechanism for expediting the chamber's projects and future initiatives. She highlighted FWCCI's progress since its establishment in 2017, particularly the launch of Pakistan's first Women Business Incubation Centre in 2021, which was upgraded into a Women Resource Centre in 2023. In 2024, the chamber established the Pakistan Women Export Facilitation Centre (PWEFC) to help women entrepreneurs access international markets and develop export-oriented businesses. Qurrat-u...
